ZERO responsibility for selling a lemon Purchased a used BMW for our son-was in shop 3 times within first two weeks-left dealership without all tire caps and a loose brake light. Then electrical malfunction that left son stranded on interstate. Asked them to take their car back and they refused-said that was not company policy. General manager is only concerned about the $$ ZERO concern about customer happiness or safety. Took car to BMW dealership and they said these issues could have been caught prior to sale. More

Very disappointed This dealership location gets a half of a star in my book! I've never been to a Mercedes-Benz location worldwide with such lack of customers service. This dealership location gets a half of a star in my book! I've never been to a Mercedes-Benz location worldwide with such lack of customers service. Not sure if it was because of my visual image or my workout attire from leaving the gym to inquire about a model of a car. Didn't get a welcome, a goodbye or anything. Walked in and was looked at, as if I was lost. This is not the Mercedes-Benz brand customers service that I have known over 20 years. More
