His first offer on a new S550 was right in line with what the major automotive websites such as Edmunds were calling a “fair” price. There was none of the old hassle of negotiating the price down a few hundred dollars at a time. In addition, he was able to creatively resolve what could have been a block to the deal without any problem. This was my first experience with David and with MB South Charlotte, having bought my previous 3 Mercedes cars from the other guys in town, but I will definitely be back. In fact, all the staff I encountered during this transaction were solid, professional, no bull people. I highly recommend them. More

We live in Virginia and drove over 2+ hours to get to the dealership .He spent over 5 hrs. working with my wife to pick out Her car, Her color, Her this and Her that. He was understanding very experienced ,he knows what people want. They didn't have one in stock but Darrell and Mike took time to understand exactly what I needed even though the combination of features would be a bit challenging to find. Imagine my surprise when Darrell called back the next day and said they found exactly what I wanted fresh off of lease with Low mileage and would have it at the dealership by end of the week for me to test drive. There was one condition issue discovered upon arrival that they rectified so got the chance to work with Aundre which was very easy as well. I don't know anyone associated with this dealership and still was treated like I was a personal friend of the owner. I found this website when I evaluated doing business with them so wanted to post my experience for others to see. Go see Darrell, you won't be disappointed. More

I was referred to John through a very close friend and never met him in person as I live in Chicago and the delaership is in Charlotte. We talked numerous times and john made the entire experience unforgettable and handled the shipment of the car in a flawless manner. I picked up the car from the Naperville Mercedes Dealer and the local service was equally flawless. I felt incredibly comfortable with John and the broader Mercedes team throughout the process and purchased the car sight unseen. I would recommend John to my closest friends. More

Stay away from Servicing your vehicle here. Stay away from this dealership!!!!! Horrible service. They had my car for 4 weeks. Nothing was done to it. Service adviser Steven Bott never picked up my phone calls. Technicians do not have an idea what to do with the cars if it's more than just changing the oil. Tried to talked to Jim Willard who represents an " excellent service" about overcharged invoice and service, his words: " you have a bill of $/'@-'". pay in and tow your car away". No apologies about poor service, not educated technicians. And after keeping my car for nearly a month and nothing was done to it. They threatening me to charge me a $80/day for storage if I will not do the way they want to do it (which is non sense and waste of money). If you had similar issues with their service contact me direct. Hoping that this review will help potential customers to think again before taking their car to this dealership. More
