He treated us w/respect. We never felt pressured at anytime and were satisfied w/the price on both our trade-ins and certified pre-owneds. Most importantly, MBS and Mr. Glaser stood by the vehicles they sold us providing excellent care after the vehicles were purchased. I leased a smart Passion fortwo with the help of Darius Brown. Darius was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest the dealership have one or two associates that are "experts" on the smart car as I felt like I knew more about the car than Darius did as I had done a great deal of research before my first visit to the dealership. Since I knew what I wanted, it did not bother me that the sales associate did not know enough about the smart car. But, I could see this causing a loss of sales possibilities for those who did not know much about the smart and was there to inquire. Overall, my experience was very good. Darius and the other associates who I came in contact with made me feel very comfortable with the dealership and caused my car leasing experience to be the best I have ever had. 5 stars, for sure!! More

I recently went to Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte and I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I was working with Adam Putnam and found a car that I wanted to buy for my wife but th had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I was working with Adam Putnam and found a car that I wanted to buy for my wife but the car had a mechanical issue at the time. I told the Adam that I was very interested in the car and if he would contact me when it was fixed so I could buy it. Adam replied no problem and he would be sure to contact me. A week passed and no call from Adam. Adam never mentioned to me that I would need to put down any money to hold the car which would have been no problem at all. After no response from the dealership, my wife and I made a trip back to the dealership to make the purchase and much to our suprise, the car had been sold. WOW!!!!! No call at all!!!!!! Really??? I quickly realized after looking at my surroundings, that I was not a good old boy.......hint...hint if you get my drift. I assume they looked at me and thought that I could not afford the car. That's funny beacuase I was planning on paying cash for it. I then went to Hendrick Mercedes of Northlake and purchased another car there. Now that was my greatest car buying experience of all. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Benz to go there. They are Great!!!!!!!!! More
I took my car (2012 SLK250 Roadster) to service the evening prior to my appointment because I could not bring it in at 7am the following morning. Right away I was greeted by Mr. Wiggins who then introd evening prior to my appointment because I could not bring it in at 7am the following morning. Right away I was greeted by Mr. Wiggins who then introduced me to Kevin. Kevin let me know Kyle was gone for the day. Kevin placed my vehicle in service in the line-up. I was on my way within 10 minutes back home. By mid day, Kyle called to tell me my vehicle was serviced and ready for pick-up. Mr. Wiggins again noticed me and directed me to Dennis to close the work order which he stated was covered under warranty with zero balance. Kyle approached to inform me of the service provided to my car. Kyle was professional and very knowledgeable about my car. Kyle is an excellent Service Adviser that takes pride in delivering a customer's car timely and assured repairs were made with confidence. My navigation system is working great now. The people I mentioned were all attentive to my needs and gained my respect. From the online service request, Mr. Wiggins helpfulness, Kevin's efficiency, Kyle's service consultation, Dennis closing the work order and me driving off totally satisfied it was an awesome first service experience at MB of South Charlotte. My sales consultant (Mr. Pergo) also greeted me and my family and ensured my needs were satisfied. That was great to see. Great sales and service and plan on purchasing my wife's car in the near future because of the five star treatment received. More
Went in to look at a car that had been sent to another dealership. I told them I wanted it and they got it back for me. We traveled from out of town to look at a difficult to find model only to find that they had already sold the car. Nance mentioned a used model that we were not interested in, then looked at others they h find model only to find that they had already sold the car. She was a little confused about some of the options, but I understand they have many models and some sales reps don't familiarize themselves with all of them. When I later saw that they had the model again in their inventory, I called and they again put me on with Nance. She informed me that the vehicle was only for sale to Charlotte residents. Never heard that before, not sure if it was true. Seems not based on the reviews here from many out of town customers. We will, of course, take our business elsewhere. The lease is also up on my husband's e350 in September. His new vehicle will obviously be purchased elsewhere too. Not a good dealership in our experience. Seem to have plenty of business that can turn customers who need two cars away though. More

Nance has beed delightful to work with,and obviously Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte will continue to be where go when car shopping. The after-sale care was fantastic, we bought a S550 and while the price wasn't the best, the peace of mind knowing it was sold by professionals and had been serviced by professionals was worth more than the savings we could have got from a job-lot dealership or some road side lot. Customer service MATTERS because if sales people cannot manage basics it follows to reason the back end operations are equally amateurish (note, CarMax, letting someone wander around your luxury car section for 20 minutes without so much as a "hello" while 5 salespeople sit inside telling jokes to one another - NOT a smart move). Buying from MB of South Charlotte we at least know we have a quality purchase with solid ongoing support - having Fred teach us how to use the vehicle features - great - having Ken walk us through the warranties without being pushy - great - and Nance and Georgia gave us their time without the hard sell and helped us end up with the right car at a price I can live with. I have already recommended this dealership to a colleague, and would have no hesitation extending that recommendation to the "net" at large. All this while the dealership was handling the loss of a valued colleague - truly impressed with the pleasant experience we had there. Dan and Lindsay Williams More
