Eduardo Prego is a good sales representative and very cultural at work, he is always there to follow up the things smoothly, even if he is not at the work. The way he explains everything was so good. My car was delayed several weeks, but Eduardo never make me feel that something is happening during my delivery, he was always there and followup up with patience times I even called multiple times, thanks, Eduardo. One thing that feels not correct for me related to finance which was taking 9.09%APR for a new customer without a discount felt somewhat bad, but even though Eduardo followed multiple ways with financing thing to make things clear, however, we are not able to accomplish it. Overall experience was wonderful. except for the manager in the Sales, the department was rude during some initial conversation, but still, there is nothing doing with Eduardo.
