Eduardo was great! I started out with Kyle Maslonka and he was such a sweetheart. I came looking for an E 350 and Kyle showed me the GLE 350 that was perfect for what I started out with Kyle Maslonka and he was such a sweetheart. I came looking for an E 350 and Kyle showed me the GLE 350 that was perfect for what I wanted! I wish I could’ve finished up with him but when I called to inquire about vehicles Eduardo is who answered the phone so he finished the deal and took me on the test drive and finished all of the closing paperwork but they were both great. Eduardo was a little preoccupied but still a pleasure to work with. The only concern I had I spoke with a manager and he cleared it up and made it all make perfect sense. He was very personable very understanding and extremely friendly. I was preapproved through my bank who offered a commitment letter so that I could leave same day with the car but the dealership wouldn’t accept it. While I don’t like the process I completely understand it and once the dealership received the check from my bank I was able to pick up my SUV. The entire staff was great from the time I walked though the door until the time I left. They have also been really good about following up. I will definitely refer new customers and I would most certainly purchase another vehicle from this location. Next time I’ll be sure to stop by my bank to get the check prior to going to the dealership. More
