I bought my mercedes in October and was very pleased I bought my mercedes in October and was very pleased with my choice and the sales staff. However, today I took my C300 2021 Mercedes in to have a lea I bought my mercedes in October and was very pleased with my choice and the sales staff. However, today I took my C300 2021 Mercedes in to have a leaking window washer fluid repaired and my squeaking brakes fixed and the end result left me emotionally drained and wishing I'd chosen a different dealership. The service manager called and yelled at me when he said I could come pick up my car because nothings wrong. I told him I'd had the windshield fluid filled many times only for the fluid to disappear and the indicator to pop back up on the dash. He also stated it was normal for the brakes to squeak all the time. When I questioned him he was offended and severely lost his temper. I called to speak to the General Manager only to have the same hateful service manager angrily call me again. Do not buy your car here, They are nice when you buy your car but cut you off as soon as the purchase goes through. The service dept is a bunch of bullies that do not want to do,warranty,covered work. This is not the service I expected from a luxury dealer. When I voiced my concerns, the service manager said he didn't care if I was a customer. If I can help anyone at all,.,please chose a different dealership!!!! More
