I came in with HIGH expectations since I had created my deal through their OWN website and when I came in for my appointment they didn't even have me in their system. I was 1 step away from a credit applic deal through their OWN website and when I came in for my appointment they didn't even have me in their system. I was 1 step away from a credit application and I am glad did NOT do it. It was a waste of time since they offered me $$$$ under what my trade in is worth. Their used 2021 Mazda CX-5 w/10,000 miles was $2500 over a NEW one. They didn't even look at my car at ALL. I never shall them look through my car on what TRIM Level I had in it. I told them exactly what trim I had and they ignored it. They were disrespectful towards me from management. Their salesman gave a piece of paper with (6) different 2019 Hyundai GT Nline with NO VIN#'s on them. An I could not confirm their actual trim levels. The treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about from mine to their ones on the paper they just handed me. Can't recommend this dealership based on my experience. Shop elsewhere. More
