This was my first visit to MB South Charlotte in many years and was incredibly pleased with my service advisor, Bryan Gunter. I've had a number of SAs over the years but have never met one with Bryan's p years and was incredibly pleased with my service advisor, Bryan Gunter. I've had a number of SAs over the years but have never met one with Bryan's patience and ability to put me at-ease. I'm told that I'm a little "high-strung" and Bryan was able to uncannily sense that. He took the time to listen to my concerns & hypotheses, and then actually advise me. And if that wasn't enough itself, I dropped off two vehicles for major service and both were finished within four days. I've never had that quick a turn-around from the "other" folks even with one car. A true rarity, I look forward to working with Bryan in the future and I'm glad to be back at MB South Charlotte! Where do I even start? What an INCREDIBLE experience!!!! From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with an amazing hospitality that you just don’t get at dealerships these days!
