If I could give them zero stars I would. I made an appointment for a service and showed up 15 minutes early after driving 50 miles only to be told they’re closed. My husband was searching for a surprise birthday present for me - a convertible BMW. He searched for months and almost bought a few. After really thinking, "Is this what she really wants?" and not wanting for me - a convertible BMW. He searched for months and almost bought a few. I test drove a BMW convertible and it was not the kind of smooth feminine ride I was looking for. I remembered my dream car I saw when I was in college during a trip to Germany - a Mercedes with large sunroof. The search was on! We found 3 cars in various cities we were considering - Charleston and Greenville, SC and Pineville/Charlotte NC. We reached out via chat option on Social Media to see about the car in NC since we would need to travel. We chatted with an amazing social media representative, Holly! Her customer service was the best we have ever have! It could not be beat. She was friendly and truly interested in us and what we needed and were looking for. She shared details, information, and shared forward our information with the manager and a salesman. She was so great that she became a friend. It was only a few minutes later the manager Mr. Mike called us! He was extremely attentive and took the time to answer all our questions. He sent an email and was available by phone 2 more times as we were deciding to make that drive up to see the vehicle. He not only answered all our questions through several different calls, but he was concerned to be sure to meet our needs, so he gained our confidence and respect. So, we drove to NC! When we arrived, we were welcomed extremely well by our assigned salesman, Juan! He was so calm, patient, and attentive. Most of all he was honest and trustable. He took his time with us and was very attentive. He made the process so smooth and was very professional. He even gave us the advice to work with the finance department that helped us with our decision. Mr. Mike, the manager visited us as well and made sure we were happy, satisfied, and had everything we needed several times. We even got to meet Holly. She made a point to come from her meetings and other tasks to come meet us! Next we met Marc in finance and he helped us. He made the process so easy! He was not pushy with any selling of options, but explained it all well and was so transparent and honest. We have never had an experience with finance like this! He was absolutely amazing! Really, the way everyone (Mr Mike, Holly, Juan and Marc) treated us and took so much time, was absolutely amazing. We would recommend for everyone to go and purchase from Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte! This is the only location we will go to for now on when we are ready for a car change or purchase.
