Car released on 12/26. To call me when part comes in. Only call from service mgr about poor service. He would call to have right seat motor installed. Now it’s 1/21/2021 and no call. Sammy, Lamir, Dixon, et.al. are always at the fore in providing customer satisfaction. I once had an issue with the wait time (3 hrs.) for the servicing of my vehicle. Hey the first time I took my car there they told me around 4grand in work would fix everything that my car needed at the time. So after I went ahead and had the work done I look at my bill about 2500 o around 4grand in work would fix everything that my car needed at the time. So after I went ahead and had the work done I look at my bill about 2500 of it was the labor and 1500 of was for parts just to go back a couple months later and find out that that wasn’t all I needed plus I had two cracked rims that I didn’t know about I was very upset and I felt cheated out of my money the first time. I’m now back at square one looking like it’ll be around 4 more grand to get the car up to par the way I originally wanted.😠thanks Mercedes of south Charlotte tho the things they did fix seem to be alright I guess 👍🏾 More
Customer Service was very poor.. Communication with the customer was non existent. Had my car for almost two weeks. Did it completely fix the problem. The recall was easy to make an appointment, get a rental car and kept updated on the progress. My windshield had just been hit by a rock and the service Dept lined up that to be repaired also. From team leader, technicians and cashiers, I can not adequately express my total disappointment in this dealership. Just moving from PA with my 2013 Mercedes where I had come to expect and receive the adequately express my total disappointment in this dealership. Just moving from PA with my 2013 Mercedes where I had come to expect and receive the high quality of work associated with Mercedes. Needing more work done, I choose Northlake Mercedes(Colton Lancaster, Advisor) and was grateful for the service received. I shall never go back to Pineville again. More
