Hey the first time I took my car there they told me around 4grand in work would fix everything that my car needed at the time. So after I went ahead and had the work done I look at my bill about 2500 o around 4grand in work would fix everything that my car needed at the time. So after I went ahead and had the work done I look at my bill about 2500 of it was the labor and 1500 of was for parts just to go back a couple months later and find out that that wasn’t all I needed plus I had two cracked rims that I didn’t know about I was very upset and I felt cheated out of my money the first time. I’m now back at square one looking like it’ll be around 4 more grand to get the car up to par the way I originally wanted.😠thanks Mercedes of south Charlotte tho the things they did fix seem to be alright I guess 👍🏾 More

My service rep., Paul Newman was thorough, informative and professional. I immediately felt my vehicle was in good hands. Service costs are unreasonable and service rep was a little vague in his quote. I was charged $90 to tell me my battery was dead. I clearly knew that as that was what I told the rep when I got. Our experience with the finance manager was also very pleasant and efficient.. Jonathan Emmanuel, Product Concierge, was fantastic. He patiently went over everything we needed to know about the most used many smart features the car is equipped with. We also experienced the exceptional staff in the service department when we took the car in to have the DuPont Interior Protection applied. We are loving our new car and our new dealership! More
