MBSC has been extraordinary. Every contact with the staff there has been very positive. I am particularly impressed with the way customer's cars are greeted, checked in and set up with the Service Advisor; e there has been very positive. Bruce Martin has taken care of us on two occasions and we have found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and concerned for our needs. On a previous more extensive needs list visit we were given a loaner car without even having to ask for one. MBSC is a FIRST CLASS OUTFIT. PS: Nothing against MBSC or your employees, but I am not happy that I was told Mercedes warranty would not replace my seat bottom that we feel is not up to our expectations. Seat started showing indentations in it prior to 10K miles and we shutter to think what it will look like at 20K miles. We have had 6 or 7 Mercedes and have never had seats that start to look like this. Could I please have the Mercedes District Warranty office/Mgr. so I can let them know of our dissatisfaction.
