Thanks to MB of South Charlotte my wife has been driving her late Model e300 (purchased at Sabates MB of South CLT) with a busted windshield < almost 4 weeks >. Our insurance carrier (AUTO - OWNERS) normal her late Model e300 (purchased at Sabates MB of South CLT) with a busted windshield < almost 4 weeks >. Our insurance carrier (AUTO - OWNERS) normally uses a 3rd party workshop and will only provide a partial reimbursement when using an OEM. In order to get the reimbursement , they require a detailed, itemized break down of the cost for parts + part #), setup, labor etc. We provided MB such a listing before Adam Putnam left the company on 10/01/2020. Ever since, we have made several inquiries as to the status of this quote and have nothing received as of today. We were promised several times somebody would call us back !!!! Adams was Great as usual. But, I booked my appointment on line. I was told to bring my car in the day before my appointment by the end of the day and I would be given a loaner. I dropped my car off at 5:30 p line. I was told to bring my car in the day before my appointment by the end of the day and I would be given a loaner. So I had to wait an hour for my husband to get off from work to come and pick me up from the dealership or bring the car back the next day. Not pleased. Not good customer service. My car hit a pot hole causing the run flat tire to loose ail air pressure. Being this occurred on Sunday the dealership was closed so I made arrangements for the car to be transported to the Mercedes Benz ail air pressure.
