Very Bad experience The service took 4 hours to do an oil change. Francisco the service representative was rude. I will go to different dealership next time. My vehicle only had 6200 miles and only needed a quick oil change that turned into a very bad experience. Everyone else there was great, but you know it only takes one person to make the whole experience awful. I gave a 3 rating due to what I experienced with Francisco. If not for him and it taking 4 hours to do an oil change with a scheduled appointment, my rating would have been higher. More

An experience like None Other I am a 35 yr Global Services Professional. My customer base consists of half the fortune 500. I know the good and the the bad of service experiences t I am a 35 yr Global Services Professional. My customer base consists of half the fortune 500. I know the good and the the bad of service experiences that companies offer for well over 70% of the world. I provide that backdrop to say that No experience I have ever encountered exceeded the buying experience I enjoyed with Bobby Sabates. While I have known Bobby for years and have owned several Mercedes purchased at other places this buying experience was exceptional. I believe that a great service experience is "Bi-directional". The customer has some responsibility to be educated and informed, while the Sales professional should offer options to meet those needs. My palate is broad as it relates to cars and Bobby offered a smorgasbord of options while never leaning one way or the other. It was about my needs not what he wanted to sell. Our interactions were fact based and always balanced by the right documentation. I know I am a tough customer, but believe I am a fair customer. There is nothing about my experience with Bobby and Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte that was not top notch. I also had an opportunity to interact with Pat the Finance Manager and Jonathan the Product Concierge. Superior support and engagement. I plan to enhance my driveway later this year. I've had almost all of the major high end vehicles. It will be very hard for me to NOT come back to Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte to add another logo to my garage. Thank You Bobby Arnold More

A straight up, no xx negotiation with Darrell that went forward; and by process of elimination, I realized that this was the best deal out of the candidate vehicles I considered, new or used. Being a salesman, I could appreciate Darrell's efforts to protect the company's position, while conceding what he could, to complete the deal. He was thorough, honest, courteous and professional, and I would recommend him and MB-SCLT to my associates and clients in commercial real estate. More
