Cooling system problem. Over the past 4 years of service, I have never had the same service advisor. Service has been fine, and when I left I never remembered their names. This time was different, I was greeted by an advisor with a smile, (Bryan Gunter). We went over the problems I was having with my car, and I showed him the email I received from the dealership about the work I had requested, there were items listed that had nothing to do with my vehicle. I wanted to make sure they didn't do any of that work. His did not have them on his list. I mentioned that I was going to central New York next week for 10 days, and wanted to make sure everything was working correctly. Bryan called me later in the day to tell me the car should have an alignment, and the 2 front tires would probably be fine for the trip and I should think about replacing them when I get back. The 2 rear tires were new 2 months ago. I asked if they could be replaced today, he checked and called me back and said they could. He was very professional and friendly, we talked about my 4 year service due in a month and a half. Everything went well with the service, and I remember his name a day after. I know that part might sound strange, but it's true. The previous advisors were ok, no problems, but they were more like robots, doing their jobs and moving on. I look forward to working with Bryan again for my next service. More

Excellent service for an atypical vehicle Instead of the usual Mercedes Benz car, SUV, or van, I have a 2016 Winnebago motorhome built on a 2015 Mercedes Benz 3500 Sprinter van chassis. This Instead of the usual Mercedes Benz car, SUV, or van, I have a 2016 Winnebago motorhome built on a 2015 Mercedes Benz 3500 Sprinter van chassis. This motorhome is 12 feet tall by 26 feet long making it a challenge for your typical service facilities. George Padin and his service team had no trouble replacing my two recalled air bags and performing a very thorough, routine service on my Winnebago. I live in Asheville which makes it a two and a half hour drive just to get to South Charlotte. Mr. Padin got me into and out of the service facility in time to miss South Charlotte's heavy afternoon traffic. I consider the long drive as time well spent to have my Mercedes Benz chassis serviced by dedicated Mercedes Benz technicians rather than just anyone at my nearest RV dealership. More
