She gave me sheets on all of the car’s options and how much Warranty was still available on this car. We were able to negotiate a good price and buy the car within 1 day. I was very impressed that we did not have to spend a lot of time at the dealer (that is important to me). Marc Bartalini was very professional and knowledgeable about the loan we obtained. Cooling system problem. Over the past 4 years of service, I have never had the same service advisor. Service has been fine, and when I left I never remembered their names. This time was different, I was greeted by an advisor with a smile, (Bryan Gunter). We went over the problems I was having with my car, and I showed him the email I received from the dealership about the work I had requested, there were items listed that had nothing to do with my vehicle. I wanted to make sure they didn't do any of that work. His did not have them on his list. I mentioned that I was going to central New York next week for 10 days, and wanted to make sure everything was working correctly. Bryan called me later in the day to tell me the car should have an alignment, and the 2 front tires would probably be fine for the trip and I should think about replacing them when I get back. The 2 rear tires were new 2 months ago. I asked if they could be replaced today, he checked and called me back and said they could. He was very professional and friendly, we talked about my 4 year service due in a month and a half. Everything went well with the service, and I remember his name a day after. I know that part might sound strange, but it's true. The previous advisors were ok, no problems, but they were more like robots, doing their jobs and moving on. I look forward to working with Bryan again for my next service. More
