I called Darrell and he got me a price for my wrecked car within 5 minutes. I made an appointment with him and told him what I was looking for in a SUV. I like the low mile "used" cars. He very quickly showed me my choices, took me on a test drive and I bought the car in less than an hour. One day later I picked it up and I am very happy so far.Darrell is not a high pressure salesman, but he listens to what you want. He does not try to oversell you. He is very responsive whenever I have called and over the years he always checks in to see if there is anything he can do for you. The dealership is very professional . In addition to our awesome sales associate, Robert "Bobby" Sabates, I want to acknowledge the Finance Manager I have worked with on the last 2 cars, Marc Bartalini. Keep in mind, the finance manager is the guy who typically spoils your experience by selling a bunch of extra things and drives up your monthly payments. Often, not a popular job.
