Darrell Kimrey walked me straight to the E350 I was interested in, in immaculate condition and we were immediately off for a test drive. He has a strong knowledge of the entire product line and was able to tell me things I didn't know and I'm very familiar with this car. Darrell holds great conversation and is capable of answering any questions you may have, giving you the confidence in your decisions. I purchased the E350 with no reservations about my decision, and Darrel checked in during the finance portion of the sale while I was with equally wonderful Pat Oberer. I came in the next day to have the software and maps updated and was treated with another star of the Mercedes staff in Adam Fleshman. Map updates take a long time, but I chose to wait as the atmosphere in the dealership was as great as the weather outside. Adam made sure to communicate with me on the status of my update and was extremely friendly. And Darrell spent a few minutes chatting about cars. Overall a really refreshing experience. Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte really makes you feel welcome and a part of the family. I WILL be coming back when it is time to upgrade. More
