excellent customer service! I had intended to drop my car off for a quick and simple oil change because I was leaving for a roadtrip that same afternoon. With my busy work schedu I had intended to drop my car off for a quick and simple oil change because I was leaving for a roadtrip that same afternoon. With my busy work schedule and living 60 miles out from the dealer, it’s hard for me to find time to get out there sometimes. I normally would book an appointment with a loaner but for some reason I didn’t this time thinking it will just be a simple oil change and I would be in and out. Frank has suggested and recommended I do the full service and not miss out. My appointment was at 10, I didn’t have a lot of time and had to be back home, as we were leaving at 1pm. Frank assured me that he would do what he can and my car would be done for 12. I agreed. They had a shuttle bring me shopping to kill some time. Long story short, I did not get out of the dealer on time but Frank did everything he could to make sure my car was priority and checking in every so often to update me on the statius. He even went back there himself to pull my car up from the wash and wiped down my door jams quickly as I was gathering my things to get in my car. Everyone acknowledges and is quick to attend to you the moment you pull up your car for service to the moment you leave. Keep up the great job! More

From the greeters in the drive in service entrance to the service representatives ( Autumn ,is exceptional ) to the wash team , to the techs, ( John Adams , head tech, the best ! )service appointments are a very pleasant experience. Air Bag Recall visit After a 2 plus year wait for the air bag replacements to become available. (NOT DEALER FAULT) I received a call from MB of South Charlotte informing After a 2 plus year wait for the air bag replacements to become available. (NOT DEALER FAULT) I received a call from MB of South Charlotte informing me that the parts were finally in. I set up an appointment day and time. The air bags were replaced within a 6 hr timeframe, during which MB of South Charlotte supplied me with a free loaner car. I was very impressed with all the staff and their friendliness and knowledge. The dealership itself is exremely large and super clean with a 2nd to none customer waiting lounge. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We test drove the car on a Wednesday and talked to him about everything under the sun for a couple of hours. We never buy a car the same day we test drive it for the 1st time, Darrell wasn't at all pushy when we told him we'd come back the next day. We came back the next day and we felt like top-priority the entire time we were in the dealership! I will recommend them to every person I know! More
