I would not recommend this dealership. I wish that I could give them less than 1 star. My car was towed there for servicing. I was told their was a $250 diagnostic fee. Okay, then after they did the diagnostic they said it will be another $250 because they said they found another issue so it will be another $250. It was NEVER disclosed to me that if they found more than one issue it would be another $250. On top of that they wanted to change over $5000 for a tear down and that's not including the work. This place is a RIP OFF. Not to mention the service manager had a very nasty attitude and was very rude. The company needs to get rid of him because he is making the company as a whole look bad! Don't take your car here! More
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a service dept ,the #1 problem was to put a belt on correctly and while I was there I figured i would have some others things done ,I knew I had one se service dept ,the #1 problem was to put a belt on correctly and while I was there I figured i would have some others things done ,I knew I had one sensor in exhaust needed replacement, agreed to that since it was there already there, charged me over 500.00 plus the part that takes 5 minutes to replace and then tell me the def system needs work and the other sensor is bad and seized and was going to be 1300.00 to fix that's where I smelled the xxxxxxxx !!!!! And said im coming to get it dont fix that part ,It's a 2007 model and did not come from mercedes with def until later year models !!! Here's where it really gets good ,the second sensor they said needs replaced was intentionally unplugged!!! Plugged it back works perfectly, HERE IS MY WARNING DEALERSHIPS ARE STRUGGLING AND TRYING TO GENERATE INCOME HOW EVER THEY CAN , TECHNICIANS AREN'T GETTING ENOUGH HOURS SO THEY ARE INVENTING PROBLEMS!!! MERCEDES SOUTH OF CHARLOTTE I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! More
In October 2024 I bought a 2021 MB GLC300 4MATIC from a MB dealer in Mathews, NC. This is a certified pre-owned MB. Two weeks later I needed to bring the car into a closer MB dealer for some minor servic MB dealer in Mathews, NC. This is a certified pre-owned MB. Two weeks later I needed to bring the car into a closer MB dealer for some minor service and when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me that I needed new wiper blades. When I questioned the service advisor and told him I just bought this car, I asked how they determine the blades need replacing he told me that they have an indicator on them that changes color when they need replacing. I asked him to show me and when he did, we saw that the indicator had not changed color and indeed I didn't nee new blades. Had I not questioned this, like most people, I would have had to pay over $75 for new blades without even needing them. The service advisor apologized and couldn't explain why the service tech said I needed new blades. Pretty sure I know why. Bottom line. Don't trust this MB dealer. They probably have mandates that require the techs to upsell as much as they can. Maybe even have quotas to achieve. How many people get screwed by the dealers? I feel like I got lucky this time but now my faith in MB dealers is lost. More
