I was very happy with Greg in the service department, but it was a bit challenging getting the appointment scheduled and securing a loaner car. In addition, when I received the loaner car I hadn’t even made it all the way to my destination from the dealership before the gas light came on. I realize that the fuel is my responsibility, but I felt like there should have been enough gas to get to my destination without the refueling light coming on. I also had to call to find out the updates on my vehicle. When dealing with Mercedes-Benz in Mobile (where I purchased my first Mercedes E350, 2011) over the last nine years, they always called and updated me. Overall, I am happy with my 2018 E400 coupe. More

They acted as though I was not important to them. Very passive! My car was ready and waiting outside for 15+ minutes, but the two guys sitting at the desk at the entrance between the waiting area for the passive! My car was ready and waiting outside for 15+ minutes, but the two guys sitting at the desk at the entrance between the waiting area for the service department and the showroom were too busy talking everything except business to notice. My tires were making such a loud noise when I brought my car in for a B service. My husband and I told the guy that met us outside it probably needed back tires along with the B service because we could hear them so loudly while inside the vehicle. They clearly did not even check the front ones nor did they get in and drive it to hear the noise in order to fix it because it was just as loud when I picked it up that day. A typical experience at our Mercedes dealer in Birmingham is to check everything and go over with us any issues they see that we are not aware of to ensure our safety and satisfaction. This was NOT the case at my one-time visit to Mercedes Benz of South Mississippi. This is our fourth Mercedes vehicle to own, and I have always been a proud owner who values not only the cars themselves, but the entire Mercedes culture- sales persons, service department, road side assistance, etc. The people we encountered at Mercedes Benz of South Mississippi could benefit from going to either Mercedes Benz of Birmingham in Irondale or Hoover, Mercedes Benz of Tuscaloosa (formerly Leigh) or Mercedes Benz of Jackson to see how Mercedes customers and traditional owners such as myself should be treated.
