I was very happy with Greg in the service department, but it was a bit challenging getting the appointment scheduled and securing a loaner car. I realize that the fuel is my responsibility, but I felt like there should have been enough gas to get to my destination without the refueling light coming on. I also had to call to find out the updates on my vehicle. When dealing with Mercedes-Benz in Mobile (where I purchased my first Mercedes E350, 2011) over the last nine years, they always called and updated me. Overall, I am happy with my 2018 E400 coupe.
