I’m a disabled veteran and I had no where to sit. I didn’t expect anyone to get up for me, but no employee tried to make me comfortable. Every dealership needs a Jack Daughtry. He's the best Service Representative ever. I've had problem after problem with my car and have even let my aggravation slip through once (or twice...). He's been Service Representative ever. I've had problem after problem with my car and have even let my aggravation slip through once (or twice...). He's been patient and helpful every time. He's never snapped, never given a mean look, etc.(I bet he's a great poker player). Almost makes it worth the repeat visits. More

I guess it was the worst experience and a mistake of buying the car from this location as I live almost 200 miles away and had to get my windshield replaced for which I drove to the location for 200 mil buying the car from this location as I live almost 200 miles away and had to get my windshield replaced for which I drove to the location for 200 miles and then my windshield was fixed but the wiper sensors were not working and I had almost made it home back and then when I called zack the service advisor as my windshield was fixed but the censors for wipers are not working so he advised me to go to another Mercedes in jackson which was like 140 miles away Frm my house and I had almost driven like 400 miles to get my windshield fixed but nobody bothered to check was everything done after putting the windshield all I can say one of my worst experiences I have had and for sure if I have to deal with Mercedes and they dnt even care about the after service follow up I must say it’s really a bad service which I got after driving that long and paying them the money which was asked for and not getting tht kind of service very much disappointed all I can say. I hope not to return to this location again coz nobody cares over here as my car was not worth peanuts and more expensive I feel. May be service cud have been better More
