I had a flat tire on a Friday and had my car towed to South MS Mercedes in Diberville. I was called the next morning (Saturday) and told my tire had to be ordered and would be in Monday. I didn’t hear an South MS Mercedes in Diberville. I was called the next morning (Saturday) and told my tire had to be ordered and would be in Monday. I didn’t hear anything on Monday and called and was told it would be in on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, I hadn’t heard anything and called and was told the tire still was not in and would be in Thursday. Thursday afternoon, I got a call at 3:48 p.m. saying my car was ready and I would get a call to arrange delivery. I called back at 4:39 p.m., after not hearing anything and knowing it was near closing time, and was told I must’ve misunderstood and that my tire had just come around 3 p.m. and the car would be delivered Friday morning. On top of having my car for a week, I was robbed on my tire, paying $445 for it plus $200+ for service. I’ve been told by numerous people that the tire shouldn’t have been much more than $300. Then when I received the car, it was not vacuumed and had water spots all over it, after my reminding them multiple times to please do so. More
