Great communication with the service personnel with regards to scheduling the appointment. However, was told my service would be approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. They knew about a tire ch regards to scheduling the appointment. However, was told my service would be approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. They knew about a tire change and the scheduled service due. The actual time to complete service was 2 hours and 49 minutes. If I would have known this I would have scheduled someone to pick me up in lieu of waiting. The service agent did run me to Best Buy upon arriving which was nice.
