You need to have the entire staff re-educated on how to do their jobs and work with customers. EXTREMELY disappointed with Mercedes. F.Y.I I'm under the impression that the rearview mirror was in stock as that was the easy part. I will never buy an automobile from Mercedes due to my experience with your staff. I will also let people who ask about my Dad's car know what to expect from Mercedes and it is not going to be good. More
