As always, was greeted as soon as the I exited the car. I was acknowledged by mike as soon as I entered the service department and he was able to get me right in and out 10 minutes after my scheduled appoint was acknowledged by mike as soon as I entered the service department and he was able to get me right in and out 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Best service ever. In and out in an hour. Could have ask for a better experience. I would still be waiting on Mobile Mercedes dealership which gave me an appointment for a week and a half out.
