Excellent service. Needed two new tires. I was able to get in and out with the new tires mounted and balanced in about an hour. My vehicle was returned to me nice and clean both inside and out. When the engine lights in our car went on I contacted Billy at MB of SM and he said what it could be and bring it in when we can. We came in about an hour later and dropped it off. We were so happy it was completed so quickly. We also were happy to pick up a clean vacuumed car! All car dealerships should be like MB of South Mississippi! More
I have owned many different Mercedes Benz autos and had sales deals and service with many different MB locations. I find the South Mississipi group to be most friendly but the waiting facilities are less c sales deals and service with many different MB locations. I find the South Mississipi group to be most friendly but the waiting facilities are less comfortable than most. I was served by the used car section and ended up with a questionable auto that, after a month (and the shot month dealer warranty has expired) I am not yet sure I can trust the vehicle due to repeated "check engine" signals coming on. The friendly service department has been concerned and able to resolve the issues but I was informed I need to drive more and see if the signal is repeated. If so I should take back to a MB dealer. I shutter to think how difficult that may be on my Chtistmas 1800 mile trip coming up soon. However, I was infotmef by the used car section I should not worry for I have a "very dependable" automobile. Actually, after over 60 years of communicating with used car dealers I find little difference in them. Fortunately, I was convinced to pay an additional $3k for service warranty but that will not pay foy my time or deep concern about when the next MB service will be needed. I am thankful for the friendliness and obvious concern the MB service personnel exhibit. More
