To be fair we had an average sales experience that Steven Biggs went the extra mile to make exceptional. In fact by the time the papers were signed and we were officially a part of the Mercedes Benz family, Biggs went the extra mile to make exceptional. In fact by the time the papers were signed and we were officially a part of the Mercedes Benz family, I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately that is where our experience has taken fortuitous turn that has landed us at a place of outright disregard. I would not have believed that a dealership of such renown would be so unprofessional in relation to communication. Perhaps this ratings will reach an attentive ear in management; I have tried all I know to do and can not understand why they are so reluctant to communicate to reach an amiable solution. I have never had such an experience. Prayerfully they will rebound as go the extra mile as Steven Biggs did and earn our higher regard, but at this point, the 2 star rating of fair is generous.
