This was honestly the worst experience of my life.I went to pay off my car & cancel the extended warranty and they told me I still owe over $6000.I was appalled.It was a bunch of hidden fees,including a Dup to pay off my car & cancel the extended warranty and they told me I still owe over $6000.I was appalled.It was a bunch of hidden fees,including a Dupont interior & exterior protection plan($2000).I NEVER asked for rhis!!!To make matters worse,I paid the car off a month ago (incuding the 6000 in hidden fees),& they WILL not send me my title.Susan McCormack keeps saying it's the credit department.I don't know what to do to get my title.Looks like I lay have to get an attorney. More
