Most importantly, the service representative, Paul, had an exemplary customer relations demeanor. Not only was he easy to talk with, he listened with interest, spoke with confidence, and held to his promises. Too often we do not take the time to tell people when they have done their jobs well, but in this case, our expectations were exceeded.
