We had an issue with our rear suspension when we were traveling through the area on a Sunday. Used the convenient key drop and parked in the parking lot. Called early Monday and were pleasantly surprised to find that the service department was open on a holiday! We were told we would be called back by a service advisor and we were, almost immediately. Spoke with Paul, who advised they would get the vehicle in and get it checked out. Just a short time later, Paul called back and said we would need to replace both rear air shocks. He was able to get the parts overnighted and the repair was completed before 10:00AM. This was one of the most efficient and easy auto repair I have ever encountered.
