I go here to get my car service and the service is absolutely ridiculous. My car temperature was rising and the car was overheating, I contacted Mercedes and they told me to bring the car in, I brough absolutely ridiculous. My car temperature was rising and the car was overheating, I contacted Mercedes and they told me to bring the car in, I brought the car in and they had it for 2 days, the car was doing fine when I picked it up. The next day the car was overheating again, I contacted them again they informed me to bring the car in, I did, after an hour I was told that it was normal for the temperature gauge to fluctuate. If it was normal why would you guys have my car for 2 days? if it was normal why wasn’t it doing it before, they couldn’t give me an answer!! I am also having other problems out of my car and the service guy told me they could only fix it if it’s acting up when I bring it to them. More
