My sales person was great. Great stopped there. Finance took over a month to send in payoff for my trade (stringing me along the whole time). Causing me to have to make another Great stopped there. Causing me to have to make another payment on a vehicle that had been in this dealerships possession for 4 weeks. They Processed my registration/tag as a new one instead of a transfer, which ended in me being over charged by almost $400. Still waiting to see if I’ll ever see that money again. Not to mention the time I spent trying to get the registration/corrected corrected after riding around on an expired tag because it took them so long to process my paperwork/payoff my trade. I will NEVER recommend this dealership and the whole experience has put me completely off Mercedes Benz as a whole. As soon as the new (non MB) vehicle I ordered comes in, I will happily say good bye to MB and never do it again. Great job, MB of South Mississippi. More
