From the moment I arrived and met Adam, my service agent, it was absolute professionalism until I received my keys and left the dealership. Adam was not only focused on making sure that my car was receiving the service it needed but also making sure that I was comfortable as I waited for the car. I was delighted that the service was completed-sooner than I expected. Great service deserves my response, and I had to let Adam know that he was a valuable asset to his employer. More

He met me in the service area and explained it might take up to 3 hours. Two hours later work was completed and the good news was all repairs were covered under warranty. And that rear brake pads would be needed in the near future. I was impressed with the lounge area which was spacious and very user friendly. Thanks. I had contacted another dealer which was 30 minutes closer which was hard to talk with and was glad to drive a little over an hour for great service. More

The appointments at this dealership are useless. If I could give a zero, I would. I was looking at a CPO 2019 GLA 250. I called and spoke with Tina who stated set up an appointment for us to come see the vehicle and was told, “we w I was looking at a CPO 2019 GLA 250. I called and spoke with Tina who stated set up an appointment for us to come see the vehicle and was told, “we will have the car detailed for you.” I was then called by a salesperson who gave me his personal cell and was told I would see them the next day. On the day of the appt, I texted and let them know that I would be coming in later than my appt bc it was raining. I was told, “That is Ok.” I was then called and I told him I was 1 hour out. Again, no problem. 30 minutes out I was told the car was sold. We had driven 2 hours! What’s the point if setting an appt if you are going to sell the car out from under us. At least we could have been called sooner. We headed home and I am now signing the docs for our new Volvo. More
Purchased a used BMW 3 days ago - less than 70 miles after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and it has an evap leak. Dealership states they are not responsible for fixing and offered after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and it has an evap leak. Dealership states they are not responsible for fixing and offered they can accept it on trade for a new car (not newer - new). You can not convince me they they did not know of this leak, disconnected the battery to get the light to go off until I drove away with the vehicle. Stay away from the shady business practices of this location and their sales team. More
Just had an overwhelming experience at Mercedes Benz of South Orlando in a fantastic way. Just purchased a certified 2021 C300 on immaculate condition.
