That’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dealership . Last time I brought my car their valet service crashed it and didn’t even apologize or anything . Nobody is calling me back I tried to call multiple time for every time being transferred to voicemail or being told they will back be back but don’t do . I’ve been out of car for 3 days now and they didn’t even look at it the car was park outside very far from dealership . The service advisor Eugene is terrible didn’t even return my call I had to go all the way to the dealership to have an update so I took my car back after 3 days and they didn’t even take a look at it or do anything . BUYER BEWARE! !! I Think I was deceived from the very beginning. I looked for a car on Car Guru and thought I had found the perfect used car for me. I went to the d !! I Think I was deceived from the very beginning. I looked for a car on Car Guru and thought I had found the perfect used car for me. I went to the dealer and looked over the car and was told it was Certified pre-owner...I was very excited and purchased the vehicle. I bought an extended warranty for 48months 60thousand miles and was assured it covered everything. The warranty cost me $3700...I did buy AS-IS but what could be wrong since the dealer supposedly went through the car and found it passed their inspection...I picked up the car and drove it home, the next day I drove the car to work and that's when the warning came on about (Steering assist reduced drive with caution) long story short, the car is still in the shop with cooling, timing, transmission issues...I can't express how disappointed I am with this dealer and it's sales and finance employees, I think I was mislead from the beging by everyone there. Even the warranty I purchased does not cover the cost of repairs which will probably be north of $1500.00, all I can say with certainty is, if you're going to buy a used car from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando BUYER BEWARE...
