What a disaster of a dealership. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a battery online, was told it was in stock and I could pick it up. Waited to get the confirmation email and then t Avoid at all costs. When I got there, I was told that the battery was not there and the person who would know how to get it wouldn't be in until Monday. Overall that dealership is just a mess. When you call, they never call back, I've visited several times for other issues / items and have never once had a good experience. Customer service is not a priority for them. I cancelled the order and will not be going back there. More

Viktor my service advisor was extremely helpful on my visit to the dealership. He spent the time to go over everything and made sure to update me every 15 minutes. The sky is the limit for this Employee and I am sure the owner and upper management loves him. More
