I never seen such worse service ever. They do not answer any calls nor do they call back. Even doesn’t respond to emails. My visit with Paul the service advisor was great he was very attentive to my issues with my car. Paul is always an exceptional advisor. The loaner cars are horrible, my car was filthy I cannot believe Merc very attentive to my issues with my car. Paul is always an exceptional advisor. I had to switch loaner cars three times, the cars did not have gas and were extremely nasty. Mercedes said they are taking extra measures due to Covid 19 to protect customers, that’s not true. More
