"Walk away"

- Disappointed

Walk away from this dealer before you’re greatly disappointed by their “B-Team” effort. They have zero sense of urgency toward customers. When I walked in there wasn’t anyone around, no receptionist, no sales person, nobody asked if i needed help. After picking up my vehicle, I called, emailed, texted various associates including my sales associate the status of my registration, No answers from any, now this is a Mercedes Benz dealer, not a used car lot, so much for “The Best Or Nothing” It wasn’t until I contact MB HQ to intervene. That was the only time I received a return call from a manager, Jen in SHMB vehicle registration, never returned my Call. Ken, no return call, email, text. I purchased the vehicle on the 3rd, the registration paperwork didn’t leave the dealer until the 19th, incompetence at its finest! if you want to get ignored after your purchase buy here. My recommendation is to walk away, give your business to a dealer who wants you as a valued MB customer. So my vehicle was parked until my registration came thru, Two weeks after my temp tags expired. Walk away from this place before you’re disappointed as I was. I received no applogy or speedy registration service refund or discount for their incompetence. SHMB is the Worse dealer we’ve dealt with in over 21 years of owning MB vehicles. Spread the word and walk away!

"A+ Repair Work"

Major repair work needed on the trunk of my E 320. Not worked properly for quite some and then it suffered a major malfunction when it wouldn’t close manually the other day. Better than new now!!

"Leasing 2018 Demo GLC 300 with Robert and Gary was a breeze"

Robert and Gary (with some input from Sal) took every step possible to making our leasing experience glitch free, from negotiating the terms of the lease to educating us about the car, our first Mercedes. Robert and Alberto took addtional time to assure our satifisfaction with a minor dent repair and Robert texted me on more than a few occasions to be certain that we were totally satisfied with the vehicle and service (which we are). "Wonderful Surprise"

We were in the market for a new car that we would lease.. After driving an 2006 Audi 6, I was looking for a premium car and my wife suggested Mercedes. She saw an article in the WSJ about the deals Mercedes offers. We met with Bob Hahn who was extremely knowledgeable and after driving the 300C, he presented the deals available at the dealership. We were surprised to find a 2017 300C at a lease price that we would not find for any comparable auto at that level. Great experience and the follow up was teriffic.
