Back in 2021 we purchased a 2021 GLA250 at Mercedes Benz of Spokane, that time Robert helped us, he left such a good impression that time, that we thought that he was not going to be able to outdo himself, of Spokane, that time Robert helped us, he left such a good impression that time, that we thought that he was not going to be able to outdo himself, fast forward to 11/15/2025 and we were wrong. Robert went out of his way in the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous way, this time we purchased a 2026 GLE AMG aka Big Bertha, Robert not only was patient with us, but he made this vehicle purchase memorable, he spent the time explaining every detail of the car and making sure this is the car that we wanted. In all of our vehicle purchases, only one other one comes to mind, our first Mercedes (2015 E350) but without hesitation, I can say that this time was different, I mentioned to Robert that the car was for my wife's birthday and he made sure to make it truly special.
