Hands down, the BEST experience I could ask for! I had my Toyota totaled the day before visiting Mercedes Benz of Spokane. Buying a new car was NOT in my plans and was an unfortunate necessity. With I had my Toyota totaled the day before visiting Mercedes Benz of Spokane. Buying a new car was NOT in my plans and was an unfortunate necessity. With that being said, my husband and I walked in with $0 down and no trade. We worked with Robert G. in sales. He went above and beyond! He listened to my story of what brought me in and was truly empathetic for my situation. He was able to get me into the car I came to see at the price I wanted. With everything going on in my life, Robert again went above to put a bow on my new car for me to make it extra special. I cannot sing his praises loud enough! I feel like Robert truly cared about me as a person and wanted to help as much as he could. His office was comfortable and welcoming. The dealership itself was comfortable and welcoming. Robert ensured I got myself a custom cup of coffee! I don't remember his name, but the finance manager was also amazing. He explained everything and made sure we completely understood. I did not feel any pressure at all to make my purchase. Everyone involved made a horrible situation tolerable and as enjoyable as possible. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Spokane! Thank you Robert G.!
