I feel thoroughly taken advantage of. After 7 months I have lost 13k (43%) in equity for a certified preowned vehicle I purchased. Not only did I lose a significant portion of my investment, the entire time I owned the vehicle it was nothing but problems; check engine light came on 6 times before they were willing to fix and I drove 5 hrs each way, took 6 hrs to repair, and I got in the car and when I started it sounded like a tractor and rumbled every time I started it. A/C system was broken off the lot and took 4 service visits and 6 weeks to repair. My partner and I, through our businesses, have purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and I trusted they would be honest when I decided to buy a certified preowned from them. It has been a financial nightmare and has caused me significant trust issues. I sincerely believe I was taken advantage of. I will never do business with this dealership again. More

This is a shady outfit. We visited the showroom and offered to buy a vehicle. While they were preparing the paperwork, another couple took the vehicle on a test drive. We were told that we were first in line so there was no problem. We offered cash. An hour later we were told that the other couple was buying the car out from under us . We learned that they were financing the deal , which we understand provides the dealership with a kickback. This was a pure greed move that left a really sour taste. We will never visit this dealer again Stay far away! More

My salesman, Robert pushed the fact that Mercedes would not sell a used car that had not been fully checked out. I got home and found the vehicle manual they had bragged about being in the car was for a co not sell a used car that had not been fully checked out. I got home and found the vehicle manual they had bragged about being in the car was for a completely different car. then I called and talk to my salesman Robert a couple of days after buying a car to ask a few questions about something that had gone wrong with it. Knowing I had bought the car as is I just wanted to ask a couple of questions about some thing that had broke.. Robert said he would check with the mechanics and called me back within 10 minutes, that’s been 24 hours ago. I would never buy another car from the salesman for this car lot More
