Noel then made it easy for my wife and I to truly test drive the vehicle on our side of town, answered questions, and followed up on our concerns. He connected us with Rob in Service to cover maintenance and warranty questions, and Don with a finance offer on the current Certified Pre Owned promotion that fit us well. Both of these guys were also excellent. The following Saturday we took delivery on a GLK. Now here is the proof of our confidence with Noel and MB of Maplewood. We bought the vehicle knowing we still had to follow up on an item we felt needed a closer look from a technician-a chance we very, rarely, would take without trusting Noel. Noel then set us up with service and Bob had it fixed to our complete satisfaction. We are impressed. We will be referring our family and friends to Noel and the folks at this dealership, and making the drive from the west side of the Metro to have them service our like new GLK. J&D. More
