This was our first experience with Mercedes and Bill and Michael took much time with us showing us and test driving a 2014 E350. By far, the best car buying experience in our lives. Great staff, knowledgable, freindly,professional, and they really make you feel like your special. Purchased a used Civic Hybrid from them. Price was good and it was the car that I wanted, but had a bad experience when doing the paperwork and picking up the car. After all is said and done, I was given only one key and was told I would need to get another one made at a honda dealership if I wanted one. On top of that, when I drove out of the lot, I realized they had left me with 1/4 tank of gas. It is not the most difficult thing to do to make a person happy, and they just failed. I am certain that this would not have happened if I had bought one of their high end cars. More
