Great customer service. Tyler was outstanding in resolving all issues and provided service that was second to none. The only issue I have with the dealership is that the wait to pick up the repaired vehicle is very long. At the end of the day, when most people pick up their cars, the dealership could do a better job of getting vehicles to their owners. More
Thank you, Daniel Ho and the Customer service team. The service and attention to detail for my car was outstanding. My SUV was given topnotch care service and my husband and I were treated like VIPs. I would give it a zero score if possible. I am very disappointed with this dealer and the service representative, Erica. I sent my car in for scheduled maintenance and to address an engine light issue. After the service was completed and I got the car back, the service due note was still on, and the engine light was still on. It seems like nothing was fixed. Erica explained that the technician forgot to turn off the service note and they thought the engine light issue was resolved by replacing a cap. (They didn't even test drive the car to verify the fix?) The second time, they charged me another $868 to fix the engine light issue with a multi-point inspection included. However, it's clear they did NOT do the inspection because a low tire pressure warning was showing right after I got my car back. I complained about all of this before posting, but Erica has not responded for days. I completely do not trust their service and will never go there again. More
The car service was done very well. However, some communication would have been better about having to request the car to the front so that the sales department can fetch it for us shou However, some communication would have been better about having to request the car to the front so that the sales department can fetch it for us should the service department close for the day. Mentioning since I was a first time customer in this dealership. Also the time estimates provided could have been better and planning about the rest of the week would have been smoother. More
When I first saw the car, it had just been traded in and was quite dirty, yet to undergo inspection. I wasn't allowed to test drive it due to this, so the salesperson drove with me as a passenger. Immediate was quite dirty, yet to undergo inspection. I wasn't allowed to test drive it due to this, so the salesperson drove with me as a passenger. Immediately, I noticed significant creaking sounds whenever he turned, and he accidentally damaged the center console clock, promising it would be fixed by their technician. During the purchasing process, I inquired about placing a down payment to hold the car, but was told I had to buy it immediately or risk losing it to another buyer, which pressured me into making the purchase. It took 9 days to receive the vehicle, only to find it wasn't properly prepared. Despite my attempts to get updates from the salesperson, I never received a response. The front bumper had been poorly repainted, the driver's seat showed unprofessional paint touch-ups, and the car was missing all-weather floor mats and the letter "M" from the designo emblem after being detailed. I requested the Repair Order to understand the inspection process, but it was never provided. One positive occurrence was that the manager repaired all the curb wheels on the car as promised, although this was only after I had complained that it hadn't been done earlier. This happened on the day I picked up the car. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. More

Horrible financing experience with Sultan Siddiq! We went to this place to buy a C300. We met Jim as our sales consultant. He answered all our questions professionally and checked the avaialbility for different package-options we're interested in with patience. He also drove us to a parking lot to see all the C300 in stock that we might be interested in. Thanks to Jim, we determined the ideal car fast and also got a good offer. It was a 5-star experience so far, but the finacing experience with Sultan Siddiq later was a nightmare. Sultan was OK when we first met. My co-buyer made a mistake and wrote a wrong address at our first application. Sultan became very impatient since then and complained that he had to do the application again due to this mistake. He came to Jim's desk and asked us to follow him to sign the contract in his office. However, he walked straight to his office so fast and didn't care about if we were following him at all. When we arrived in his office, he already sat there and didn't welcome us or ask us to sit. When we were signing the contract, he was very picky about our signitures. He questioned us why our signatures look different from the ones on our driver licenses. He threw the contract to trash and asked us to sign again more carefully and said he didn't want to do the application again in case it was denied due to our signatures. It became worse when we refused to buy any maintenance package. He was aggressive and kept asking us to buy it even we refused several times. "You must be joking", "I will be fired if you don't buy it", "I guess you didn't buy any maintenance for your current car, right?". Both me and my co-buyer felt deeply offended. To be honest, I didn't listen when he explained the deal because I would never buy anything from a person that is rude and disrespectful. We wanted to pay part of it in cash. At the beginning, Sultan said we can pay in 100s and 50s or 20s if not too many. After we refused the maintenance package, he was totally pissed off and only accepted 100s, not even 50s. He asked another guy to help count the cash and they joked several times that I should tip them. This makes us uncomfortable as well. Since we didn't carry enough 100s, we had to pay the rest by debit and credit cards. They orginially asked us to pay xxxx by debit card and I said I didn't have that much. Sultan then laughed in a sarcastic way "you don't even have xxxx in your debit card?". When we finally finished the contract, Sultan just said "I sent a copy to your email, you can go and find Jim now." No congratulaions, no goodbye, no handshake, and he didn't even stand up and walk us out his office. We felt so relieved when we walked out of his office, it was a so intimidating and uncomfortable experience. When we went outside, Jim has already prepared our car and been waiting for us. He was friendly as usual, congratulated us and asked us to take care. BTW, when we went home, I noticed the APR on the contract became 9.99%. The offer I had with Jim was 8.99%. Sultan didn't notify us that the rate increased at all when we signed the contract. I don't know if he didn't notice that either or didn't tell us on purpose. Since he kept the copy of Jim's offer, I would not bother arguing this with him because I belive he will not admit that. I will just pay out the loan earlier to reduce my loss. More
