There was a problem with this appointment as no one showed up to pick the car up at the scheduled time. I had to call looking for them, then reschedule the work I was quite mad, however, I did recei showed up to pick the car up at the scheduled time. Always receive Outstanding service when I bring my E550 to Mercedes Natick. The communication from Scott M. is outstanding - I never have to call and say "when is my car going to be ready" he is courteou to Mercedes Natick.
