Coming in from New Jersey it was extremely challenging to buy a car in Massachusetts due to very restrictive motor vehicle regulations. As a 46 year veteran in the retail automobile business purchasing a car for personal use, this was a difficult transaction for me. Through it all, the shining star was my sales person Dynae Danakos. She not only kept me from bailing out, but has been nothing less than a dedicated super star who relentlessly worked to make me happy. She is a great asset to Mercedes of Sudbury. In the end, they delivered the car to my home in NJ and we love our new car! More

Overall, the purchase experience was good, though the salesperson seemed rushed toward the end of the workday and reminded me that he had to leave by a certain time.
