At 81 years old she had a perfect driving record to this time. The family agreed that "mom" should keep driving however staying with a Mercedes was mandatory. We started on line with a search of available vehicles and a call to Natick to set up an appointment with sales. I spoke with a very polite and informative gal named Elyse. Upon arrival at Natick we met Elyse within minutes of walking in. Elyse was genuinely polite and made sure that my mom would be comfortable before we met our salesman. I had "Scott" written down as our salesperson however it was explained to us that Scott was unavailable and that Charles would be taking care of us. Charles was nothing short of a gentleman and showed patience and consideration to my mom's needs. After a test drive we settled on a 2014 C300 which Charles and I thought would be the best choice due to the C being more compact and easier for my mom to manuever over an E. The remainder of the experience has been extremely positive from dealing with Zine in finance, service prepping the vehicle and Charles following up with everything so that there were no lose ends. My mom is happy with her C class. Since I can remember my parents always drove BMW's or Mercedes Benz cars. The C is another chapter. I mentioned to Charles that with mom living in Shrewsbury we drive past Wagner on our way to Herb Chambers. My wife and I along with one of sons and now mom have had positive experiences with purchases of BMW or Mercedes Benz autos from Herb Chambers dealerships. Like dealing with Charles it's obvious that you are being taken care of by automobile enthusists and that starts at the top with the owner. We will be back in the future. Thank you Elyse and Charles! Ned Gompper was particularly exceptional; he was attentive and meticulous to all levels of detail, communication with him was prompt and efficient and my satisfaction was his absolute priority. An initial contact on a Sunday via email, produced an almost immediate reply and then a follow-up call from Max, (used car mgr), for general evaluation of my trade. Having made a fair guess over the phone, we then made arrangements to test drive the car and fine tune the deal. I should point out that we're from Fall River, and driving to Natick was never in the original plan, but arranged the visit mid-day to try to avoid the commuter traffic and everyone we encountered made every effort to be accommodating. We sat down with "JC" at about 12:30, when I immediately advised that with 40+ years in the auto industry, I was not open to purchasing anything but the car and they, again, were as accommodating as could be. Bottom line... we drove out of there at 3:30, in our new(er) ML350, with the deal signed, all financing settled, and with the vehicle serviced and detailed. This is the 3rd certified Benz we've purchased in the last dozen years, & though Benz dealers in general tend to be very accommodating, I found JC & Max as good, (or better), than any. The detailers did an outstanding job, and I tend to be very critical, and am very pleased with this he overall outcome. More

This time we were lied to we were told that the car had a car starter which it did not and it took over two weeks to obtain our registration forcing us to obtain a copy from our local RMV for an additional fee even after requesting a copy of the registration to be emailed to us so we could get a sticker. Apparently the salesman that we were dealing with was fired and the manager quit leaving us with no resolution. More
