i have been a customer for 30 years and bought 20 new cars here. fred wentzell is more knowledgeable about the cars than any sales professional i have ever met. his deliveries usually take 2 1/2 or 3 ho cars here. fred wentzell is more knowledgeable about the cars than any sales professional i have ever met. his deliveries usually take 2 1/2 or 3 hours because he insists on being thorough, and he suggests coming back for more "orientation". he is unfailingly cheerful and always available to help me regardless if my question has nothing to do with buying a new car. i just had service for one of my cars and my wife's car. the work was done right the first time, and the cars returned in perfect order. in addition, the management has always advocated for me in terms of finding and securing a car of my choice within a reasonable time period. i would recommend to anyone.
