I took my car in for a state inspection since this is where I bought my Mercedes-Benz. I went in at 9 am and didn't hear any update at 10 am so I asked about the status of the inspection. Apparently, the where I bought my Mercedes-Benz. I went in at 9 am and didn't hear any update at 10 am so I asked about the status of the inspection. Apparently, the inspection was done but my car is nowhere to be found. They claimed they took it for a car wash. I waited for another hour before my car was returned. And it was not washed. I should have taken my car to a regular shop for a routine inspection which normally takes 15 min, no more than 30 min. Folks at this store do not greet you and act unprofessionally. Except for the ladies at the front desk, they're always super friendly and helpful. More

Luis Aguasvivas is one of the best Service Advisor I have dealt with anywhere. He is very understanding and accommodating my needs for the service. My 2016 E400 Cabriolet has only 27800 miles driven, but lat dealt with anywhere. He is very understanding and accommodating my needs for the service. My 2016 E400 Cabriolet has only 27800 miles driven, but lately many things have gone wrong. Parking break replaced and oil leak from the timing cover repaired. This car (bought as a retirement gift to myself) is very leisurely driven and mostly parked in the sheltered garage. Mercedes reliability is not what it claims to be. Now, it needs spark plugs, battery and air filters replaced. I understand these are recommended services by the time and mileage, but still it costs thousands of dollars almost every year after warranty expires. Very annoying! Nonetheless, the Mercedes-Benz of Natick is the first class dealership. More

They did a great job selling me the car, but my experience with the service department was very poor. My car took 1 week to get service A done, also I had manufacturer issue on the driver side wind experience with the service department was very poor. My car took 1 week to get service A done, also I had manufacturer issue on the driver side window, they said that the part isn't availyet by Mercedes. Moreover, I received the car with a very dirty interior, full of dust and smelly they didn't even bother themselves with a complementary wash. In addition to that my car tires pressure was incorrect from being parked for long time without moving and they delivered it with incorrect tires pressure, beside when I signed up for service I asked for a loaner car and they confirmed its availability but when I went for service, they said there is no loaner available and I had to wait for an hour to get a loaner car. Overall it was a very bad experience in the service department. More
