Here, we felt at home, without sales pressure, and much more comfortable in our decisions. They made sure that our 3 kids were happy with complimentary smoothies and movies. Fausto was very responsive to any of our enquiries, and remained so even after the sale was finalized. More

Left vehicle with dealer while out of town a few days. A few days ago, I left my 2016 CLS 400 with the dealer. Things got very screwed up with the Marriott Airport hotel. Previously, I had done this same p A few days ago, I left my 2016 CLS 400 with the dealer. Things got very screwed up with the Marriott Airport hotel. Previously, I had done this same process several times. Typically, I leave the car at the hotel and it is picked up by the dealer staff, stored for me briefly, and brought back to the hotel before my arrival. Apparently, things change with time. the Marriott at TIA no longer charges their normal daily parking rate which is the same rate for the entire complex, the Hotel is NOW charging $32.00 per day, if you are not staying at the hotel. I found this all out shortly before my flight was scheduled to leave. After I arrived at my destination I contacted the dealer's service center and explained my situation. the end result is that service department sorted everything out and the car was waiting for me at the hotel (I paid two days of the parking at the hotel, dropping the car off and picking it up). my overall service experience was better than great, unlike when I had a car from Crown. A few years ago, I bought my first CLS and explained in detail that I really do not use the service department much. One thing I do dent to use is the car wash (regular car washes often ding your wheels with their equipment). As things turned out, I frequently waited two hours (+) to get my car washed at Crown. I complained to the sales and service staffs on too many occasions to think of. I bought one car at Crown (my mistake) and four at Tampa Mercedes. More

They were patient , encouraging me to test drive different cars because they all give a different driving experience . Although they are car salesmen they weren't pushy, I was even able to leave the country with a car on hold for a week and once I came back to Tampa they helped close my sale!! Awesome awesome service ! They have a customer for life between myself and my family . I'm very glad i purchased my vehicle here instead of crown eurocars. More
Professional staff - efficient and courteous I first contacted James Berger by telephone and spoke to him about ordering a new vehicle. Most sales folks have no clue about special order items an I first contacted James Berger by telephone and spoke to him about ordering a new vehicle. Most sales folks have no clue about special order items and the various combinations required to build a particular car; James knows his Mercedes. I asked James to come up with his best price for the vehicle and he gave me the best price without hassle in a 5 minute visit to his office. James ordered the car and it was produced and delivered, exactly as promised. Furthermore, James provided great advice on the disposition of the older car; further simplifying the process and saving me time, effort and money. So simple, James made others look like amateurs. The delivery process was equally flawless. Since James had to be away on personal business, Larry Pfingsten took over the process for me. Due to James’ absence, there may have been a small miscommunication on the handling of the paperwork but Larry certainly did everything I could imagine to make my experience a smooth and efficient one. The one hour I spent taking delivery of the new vehicle involved a consult with Ralph, a product concierge. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about the new vehicle. Just like James and Larry, Ralph was professional and was knowledgable. Time is my most important commodity. I feel that all three of the associates at MB Tampa Bay not only respected me but also showed great regard for my time throughout the entire transaction. Speaking to a sales team whose only mission is to sell me a car for commission is always an uncomorftanble time when they don’t understand your needs or don’t have sufficient information. These guys clearly took the time to understand what I needed and met all of my expectations. I have purchased multiple MBs from 5 different dealers (including two in Florida) in the past 28 years. This transaction was clearly the best experience I had. Compared to the amateurs sales personnel that are physically closer to me, MB Tampa Bay was so much better. I would also add that I was thoroughly impressed at the dealership’s role in providing employment opportunities for individuals with Autism. At the Aristas Cafe, adjacent to the dealership’s service lounge, Autistic individuals have the opportunity to develop both professionally and socially by becoming associates of the dealership. Not only are such initiatives good for the world, it shows a commitment by the facility to do more for the community in which they operate. With many choices of dealerships, I see no reason not to support one that tries to give back everyday. I look forward to getting James, Larry and Ralph’s assistance again in the future. More
