The first visit was just to understand the cars features and stuff and this guy was really superb explaining all the minute details.The best part was we almost spent one and a half hour with the car.we were actually confused with the color the price and stuff and must appreciate that he had the patience to explain us the pros and cons and the he also helped is with the pricing stuff.and finally our black lady is home:-) More

Excellent Experience The MB team consisting of James Berger, Antonio Ciraco, Kevin Cao, Mary Johnson went above and beyond our expectations. James and Antonio were great The MB team consisting of James Berger, Antonio Ciraco, Kevin Cao, Mary Johnson went above and beyond our expectations. James and Antonio were great in setting up the terms of the lease, and guided Suzanne and i through the process. Antonio arranged for the test drive and introduced us to Kevin who took care of the "paper-work.", all as agreed with James and Antonio. Mary was wonderful and spent more than an hour with us setting up the iphone integration as well as the other electronic components of the MB. Suzanne and I could not be happier with the MB team and the way that they treated us. More

I was a little embarrassed to bring my car in for service because all of my concerns were minor, but my wonderful service advisor, Dan Willing, never I was a little embarrassed to bring my car in for service because all of my concerns were minor, but my wonderful service advisor, Dan Willing, never once made me feel like it was a waste of time. He listened to my concerns and addressed them completely and respectfully. MBOT corrected the issues in a prompt manner, washed my car, and sent me on my way as a very satisfied customer. Dan is the BEST! More

Scedule B service and few addt'l items- missed opportunities First time scheduling service and the associate that answered my call was surprisingly apathetic and flat, which has not been my experience to date. I First time scheduling service and the associate that answered my call was surprisingly apathetic and flat, which has not been my experience to date. I shared in detail the items I was bringing the car in for. Arrived the next morning and needed to share the details again with Dustin, redundant. Opportunity to manage expectations during the call. Discussion with Dustin was efficient, again flat compared to several of the other service reps I observed in the space while I was there. Coordinated loaner car, which is a distinguishing service feature that Mercedes still issues Mercedes loaner cars rather than rentals. Dustin suggested that I wait outside and that they would bring the loaner around, that took longer than expected and it was already high 80's. I would recommend customers waiting inside and mirror the same process you have for car washing. I would also suggest incorporating in the process a step to offer to review the features of the car. I needed to ask and unfortunately the energy efficiency feature of the car was not mentioned. As I was driving back to work and stopped at the first light by 275, the car shut off and I had no idea why. Certainly a concerning experience when I was already trying to adjust from an SUV to a sedan. I would also recommend shutting off this feature as a standard step. I only found out that was an option when I returned the car. My car was in service for 3 days due to a damaged trim strip received. When Dustin called to share that the car was ready, he did not go over the full list of items that I had brought the car in for and shared with the service appointment scheduler on the phone and Dustin again in person. I had to ask about the issue with the brake I raised that it felt like it was being engaged before I pressed on it to start the car. When I did specifically ask about that Dustin said they were unable to duplicate this issue. It would have had more credibility if I didn't have to raise the question. He did offer to keep it another day to test again, but I needed my car back. When I arrived to pick up my car, I checked with Dustin and paid for the alignment. There was an opportunity to review the bill more clearly in terms of what was included as part of the service B warranty and what was an additional charge. It took a while for the valet to bring my car around and when he did, I noticed that the back seat of the car had not been vacuumed after I just overheard another service associate explaining that vacuuming is standard. So then a fire drill began to finish cleaning the car. Dustin did jump in to assist which I appreciated because I needed to make a 9am meeting. Overall, just not what I was expecting. More
